What's New

Applications

  • Filter by Active Exceptions The Applications Inventory now supports filtering by Active Exceptions (approved and not expired), allowing faster insight into apps with active exception activity.

Surveys Table

  • Dynamic Table Height

    The Surveys table now automatically adjusts its height based on the number of rows displayed. This removes the inner scroll and provides a smoother, more intuitive viewing experience.

Survey Comment Threads

  • Improved Comment Indicators & Actions

    The UI now clearly shows whether comments exist on a survey. If no comment threads exist, the action button now says “Add comment thread.” When comments are present, the button updates to “View/Edit comment threads.” Button text updates instantly as comment threads are added or removed.

Unit Assessments

  • Assessment Mean Rollup

    You can now view the Assessment Mean Rollup across both Parent and Child Units, making it easier to compare responses side-by-side in the new report view.

    Each question now displays:

    • Question Text
    • Field Type
    • Scoring Methodology
    • Points
    • Weight

    Each child unit now displays:

    • Unit Name
    • Response
    • Clarification
    • Attachments (ID, filename, size)
    • Comment Threads (ID, count, last updated)

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Risk Matrix

  • Fixed an issue where the Risk Matrix did not refresh after applying filters. The matrix now updates correctly whenever filters change.

Vendor Creation

  • When creating a new vendor, if a vendor with the same name already exists, you will now see a clear error message: “Vendor with this name already exists.”
