Risk Register - Import Risk Scores via CSV Upload:
You can now seamlessly upload Risk Scores by clicking “Import Risks.” Use the “Download Template” option to follow the required format for importing risks.

Survey Comments:
The “Reply to Thread” option has been removed during the Final Acknowledgement (Preview Mode) step of the Survey and when a Survey is completed. Users have the option to reply before this step.
